Chicken recipes are among the most requested everywhere. This time we present you one from Italy, for quick and easy preparation of chicken meat.
It takes five minutes to prepare and twenty to cook. The portion is enough for four adults.

Ingredients:
2 spoons of chopped olives
sun-dried tomatoes or olives – whatever you have
1 clove of garlic, crushed
½ tablespoon of mixed herbs
Soft cheese full of fat of 200 g
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
olive oil
How to prepare:
Heat the oven to 220C / gas 7. Put olives or sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and almost all the herbs in the cheese, then season. Cut a slit along the side of each chicken dog, then use a knife to open them in the pocket.
Stuff each chicken breast with a quarter of the cheese and other ingredient mixture you made, then press to seal. Lift onto a greased pan. Season the top of the chicken, then layer the tomato slices over the top of each piece of chicken. Season, then sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Pour olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is golden around the edges and the tomatoes are slightly distorted. Serve with green salad and crusty bread.
